Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch your product within 1-2 days. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

Please bear in mind there may be a slight delay with deliveries especially during the current situation.

How will my order be sent?

Most products will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery unless otherwise stated in product descriptions.

Some personalised items and larger packages will be dispatched via a courier service.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Free UK shipping for orders over £50. Please ensure you select the ‘Free Shipping’ option when you Checkout.

Packaging

To save on the environment some of your products may be delivered in recycled packaging and where possible, biodegradable packaging is used.

Due to logistical reasons some items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. If you have any queries about your order please contact us at hello@yeliako.com.

How do I create an account?

Go to ‘My Account’ and enter your details to create an account. Here you will be able to view your orders as well as view and edit your account details.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a No Worries Return and Refund Policy. We thank you for your custom and will do our utmost to ensure you enjoy your shopping experience through Yeliako and are satisfied with your products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order you
can return the item to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

I received the wrong item

In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item has been received, you must contact us within 14 days from the dispatch date via our email: hello@yeliako.com 

Please include your order number, details of item(s) and include a photograph of the incorrect product(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions. 

Please ensure that the product(s) have not been used and returned in their original packaging.

My order arrived damaged

In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged, you must contact us within 14 days from the dispatch date via our email: hello@yeliako.com. 

Please include your order number, details of item(s) and include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions. We will send out a replacement and cover the delivery cost or provide a refund. 

What if I change my mind?

We hope that the product(s) purchased is just what you wanted, however if you do change your mind, please notify hello@yeliako.com within 14 days from the dispatch date of the order.

On receipt of your email we will advise you of return instructions as product(s) may be from different suppliers. The product(s) will need to be returned in their original condition, with the order number and customer details clearly marked on the outer packaging.  Once the returned product(s) is received, the value of the product(s) will be refunded to you. Please note that the cost of delivery (in either direction) will not be refunded in this circumstance.

Personalised Gifts

Unless there has been an error on our part or the item you purchased is defective, you have no right to cancel and we cannot accept returns on ‘Personalised’ or ‘bespoke’ items, whether by name or date, as these cannot be sold to anyone else. Our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input/personalisation details and dates.

In the unlikely event you do not receive products ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them; Yeliako Ltd shall have no liability to you unless you notify Yeliako Ltd by email at hello@yeliako.com of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the product(s).

Unless you have cancelled your order prior to dispatch, you will become the owner of the products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and Yeliako Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the products.
